I was counting the amount of money I had gotten from my hongbaos. Hmmm, not bad. Then, I went on further to do the adding up of money I had spent over the Chinese New Year period. Hmmm, not good. Haha, it seems that the gains are almost equivalent to the losses. Oh well, it was a good break from labs, lectures, tutorials and tests.
I watched 4 movies this week – "Little Children", "Ghost Rider", "Letters from Iwo Jima" and "Just Follow Law". I was pretty surprised after watching "Ghost Rider". I had initially thought that it would be a typical superhero movie. Well, it turned out to be out of the ordinary. "Just Follow Law" is another fascinating movie by Jack Neo. I really like the animations of the arrows and rockets. All in all, $9 for each of the 4 movies has been worthwhile. Now, it's back to what I have been doing before Chinese New Year – labs, lectures, tutorials and tests. I know, 'dreary' is the word.
