One Emo Entry cum Photos

It's been a while since I last posted photos on Facebook or typed any entry on the blog. April had been a hectic month, filled with continuous work, assignments and trips out of Stockholm. This month is 'slightly' more relaxed, but nonetheless busy.
Along with more work came greater responsibility and also uncertainty. After working in a chemical company for close to 5 months, I realised that R&D stimulates patience and most certainly, creativity. There were so many times that I had wanted to give up (the feeling is still lingering) and had to bear reading through countless number of scientific papers (which never seem to have the right answers). However, I considered myself very fortunate that I have a very amicable supervisor who may not always be around but will provide me assistance in his best possible way. I guess, it's all about luck and the passion for scientific research. It's the driving motivation after every (and many) failed trial(s).

March 20th - 22nd (Warsaw and Cracow)
Capital of Poland : Warsaw
Pictures taken in Auschwitz (largest concentration camp ever during WW2)... Though the weather looked rather fine, the mood was down as the tour guide illustrated the horrors that occurred in this very location during the war...
Polish city : Cracow
April 9th - 13th ( Road trip to Vienna, Salzburg and Budapest)
1st city to stop by: Capital of Austria (City of the Arts), Vienna
2nd stop: Salzburg (where Music of Sound was filmed!!!)
Salzburg is located at the base of the Alps, so the scenery of the mountains through the car ride was nothing but spectacular!
3rd and final stop before heading back to Stockholm : Capital of Hungary, Budapest
